What is Energy Medicine?

We are beings of energy, and that energy shows up as love or fear – in the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Love is an expansive, flowing energy connected to positive emotions, thoughts and actions such as truth, compassion and joy. Fear is a contraction of energy without flow related to thoughts and actions like hate, jealousy and judgment. Contracted energy can also show up as blockages and pain. If left unattended it can create dis-ease or disease.

Energy Medicine is the transformation of contracted energy into love and expansion, which results in a state of wellness and balance.  This transformation is what All Points Healing facilitates readily with ease and grace.
